The spacious, 130 m2 property, which is on the ground floor, consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa, a well-equipped open kitchen with a large dining table, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, air conditioning, a television, and a baby cot. Due to its great location, a wide selection of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes can be easily reached on foot in approximately 10 minutes. The nearest supermarket is only a 2-minute walk away (180 m). In approximately 15 minutes of driving, you will reach the beautiful coastline, which boasts over 10 km of beaches. Here you can unwind on the soft sand and swim in the glistening blue water. Parking is available on the street. Furthermore, the apartment also has a shared terrace, where you can enjoy some fresh air and relax in the wonderful Spanish sun. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
